"It was fine"
"Haven’t lived there in years but for current and future tenants... they’re being sued for scamming people out of their deposits. During my time there they cycled through managers like clockwork. One of the managers was really into racial nepotism and basically groomed people of the same ethnicity in order to keep future managers positions looking very “homogeneousy”. Don’t even get me started on their deluded idea of maintenance. Because they didn’t take any of the tenants maintenance issues seriously there was always an issue of BLACK MOLD and WATER DAMAGE! Also, don’t expect to be welcome by your neighbors unless you look like them and speak their language...."
