"I LOVE the Granada Apartment Community. The new management team took little over one year, and the new Manager Sarah, and Ken, are fantastic, professional, and polite. They are always with a customer-first mindset, and they are very prompt and solution-oriented. They work tirelessly to solve daily issues. The maintenance staff is amicable and quick to respond and I never had any problems. I love the amenities, the swimming pool is my favorite, and the people are extremely friendly."

"Well maintained and absolutely kind and friendly management. The complex is small and quite."
"This apartment community is AWFUL. We moved in because we like Fremont, the leasing agent (Camila) initially seemed nice, and the place was quiet. She lives on the property which you'd think would be a plus. Two years and some change later, the leasing agent schedules construction close to EVERYDAY. There is little to no insulation because the apartments are poorly constructed so you hear everything. The property management company does not care about our experience as renters or anyone else's for that matter, Ive called and complained several times and nothing changes. There is a church next door that has a standing water problem and mosquitos were breeding so badly that the family's children that lived downstairs at one point were being bitten horribly, along with myself and my partner. Some days I would wakeup with 10-12 new bites. The leasing agent refused to do anything so we had to call the city and have someone come out. They treated the water. The leasing agent is probably the most unprofessional, unreliable people Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. The only reason we haven't left is because we are in the middle of a pandemic so moving is not ideal. One of the selling points of this place was that a lot of people have lived here for years. Welp, most of them have moved out. They are constantly turning and burning units. It's a horrible place to live and I would avoid it if you can."
