"The staff is amazing! "These are great apartments in a great area."

"They told me I was approved, I paid 200 dollars to hold the apartment. I paid 100 in applications. Told I was approved. Because I was late with rent before they just rejected me and ran off with me 300 dollars. Why would I give you 200 to hold an apt if I wasn't already approved. Also Jessica the manager should definitely get a promotion she's the only one of the works that knows how to run the office. I live in sf and everything is expensive, everyone is late for rent. Also if you're late for rent in 3 days they'll start the eviction process immediately. Also on sit there company to track everything is always lost and can't figure anything out. No body would pay 200 dollars for an apt that they're not approved for. They rushed me and manipulated me. Jessica is a really good person tho she need a raise."

"We are extremely lucky to find Summerwood Apartments not only are the grounds kept up, pet friendly, safe, clean,it's a very friendly,/family setting. Your neighbors are your friends and the office staff is more like Family. They look out for everyone's (as well as our belongings, vehicles ECT) well being and safety When we first moved in we weren't framiler with the parking, and assigned of parking system and parked in someone elses stall. The resident who's stall it was kindly left a note on our car when we mentioned this incident in casual conversation to the office they informed that was very nice as they do have the right to have the vehicle tower anytime another vehicle is taking over your spot, so stuff like that is just nice instead of a warning type vibe it was more informative anyways I would recommend Summerwood to family, friends, everyone. It's a great time to be a resident with Jessica the office manager, she is the whole reason summerwood is how it is making it one of the best places in the entire bay area to live."

"Honestly when I came here I was hesitant due to reviews. But honestly I completely disagree with another review I saw on 3rd party website. Veronica is a sweetheart. She stated everything that is to be paid unlike other experiences I've had with other apartment homes (city view). I've been here for two months now and am very satisfied. Anything I needed fixed was fixed very fast. Thanks Veronica :)"
