"I'm an Amazon delivery driver. They locked me into the apartment complex after I completed my delivery and I had to wait a long time for someone to come through the gate to come back out. Clearly incompetent staff, do not rent here."

"We stayed in the North part for 9 months. The renting process was easy, the apartment was neat when we moved-in and maintenance requests were processed quickly. We stayed in the ground flour. If the renters above you are heavy walkers or noise makers then it will be difficult to stay in the ground flour because of the noise disturbances. These apartments are quite old so the house and patio will get dusted easily. Also a lot of snails came to our plants so we couldn't grow anything at all. They have a community website where you can get a few bucks of gift cards by earning points. Keep uploading photos to get more points. The neighborhood is quiet, nearby temple for the Indian community, and it is in the center of Fremont so the commute is really good."
