"Told me to wait for their call after lunch for a service request. Made me wait for 6 hours for nothing. I don't think these managers really care when it's an emergency for me as a resident."

"I lived at Pine Meadows for approximately one year, during which time just about everything that could break did, and maintenance was either slow to respond if they responded at all. My heater leaked gas for several months. PGE confirmed it was the fault of whoever installed the heater (Pine Meadows), but Property Management did everything they could not to fix the problem. I was without heat all winter. A former Property Manager stole rent checks and disappeared. There are constant shootings in the nearby areas. I had mail stolen directly from my mail box. They raised my rent almost 45%. I am still trying to get my deposit returned after being charged for them to essentially upgrade an apartment I no longer occupy (changing paint type, baseboards, etc). Borderline criminal, if not incompetent management."

"this place is terrible the price is too High and when your lease is up they offer you a higher rate than the amount that is publicized.Plus the gate is always damage plus the maintenance is poor. The place is a old and poorly maintain."
