"My boyfriend and I applied for an apt here and we had the income, and a cosigner plus additional deposit but they denied me based off of my credit. Tried calling Castle Management but was given the runaround and no explanation on why we got denied. They did not even run my boyfriends credit or application. We just want an itemized list on what they ran and I been given no such thing. Or no explanation. I would suggest you go and find another apartment. They just care about collecting application fees."
