"Nice place to live but if you’re a driver your car is highly at risk to be stolen or catalytic converter taken. We used to have a patrol security officer drive around, but I don’t see them anymore. There’s been 4 plus car thefts known."

"I had a pleasant stay for 1 year but during pandemic lots homeless people started coming inside the apartment community. It is right in front of the Fremont Police Station but still highly unsafe. Someone broke my cars window glass & picked up the documents & other stuff. I tried reaching the community office to see the videos as they have camera placed but could not get hold of anyone :-( Before moving here please do your research properly. I would advise to get a gated community for the same rent. That would be much better & lot safer."
