"Love the layout, especially the kitchen. Granted the appliances could be updated but they are still good. 5 Stars for my maintenance guy Tino, anytime I’ve put a request in he has been quick to respond! Always respectful, thoughtful and gets the job done! The area can be noisy, simply because of its location( sirens and cars). Neighbors have been great. Maintenance keeps the grounds clean, I have seen some garbage on the ground, raccoons get busy and drag things out but usually I won’t see it the next day."

"We recently signed the lease with Avalon Fremont. The apartments are really good, spacious and cozy. Lots of light and good storage space. And very reasonably priced. The only drawback (if it matters) is that the amenities (cabinets etc.) are a little older. However, for us it wasn't a major issue. The staff seemed to be responsive. Especially, the manager Yza was extremely helpful in answering our questions during apartment viewing and the onboarding process. Made us feel welcoming. We were able to complete the formalities within the short duration only because of to her timely help and dedication (even late at night). They mentioned that they are working on further improving their customer experience which really makes up for the only con , mentioned above. They are also working on installing high speed internet in near future for the affordable pricing. We are excited to join the Avalon community and enjoy our stay."

"Want to give a shout out to Constantino from maintenance. The man is super friendly, respectful, and does everything he can to help with any issues in a timely manner. We had a broken disposal in our kitchen sink, he showed up while I was at work and didn't have time to clean out the cabinet under the sink for him but he didn't mind at all, cleared it out, fixed the disposal and put everything right back into place. He's an asset to the maintenance team. Thanks Tino!"
