"I do not recommend moving to this location. Noise constantly from train & highway & garbage man every morning at 5 am shaking the entire trash bin( consistently). No on-site management. New company has taken over and everything is getting worse. Laundry machines do not work and there’s only 5 washers & 5 dryers roughly for whole complex. I only moved here because of the move in special."

"If you are looking for a noisy, discomforting, unsupporting place to live, this place is for you. Lived here for one year and it was so bad! The trains here are so loud that my apartment walls would vibrate and shake (literally). They took most of my security deposit away for cleaning and painting, even though it was fully clean and the walls were in perfect condition. Also, good luck getting help from leasing office if you need any, because they aren't available ever. I somewhat felt safety issues as well since the community is not gated. For few months, they even charged me an extra $50 for the extra parking spot, even though I canceled the extra parkinf spot long ago! Overall, would not recommend it at all!"

"No on site management so if you have a problem good luck. It's also over priced in my opinion. Put in a play area at a far end, I wouldn't be comfortable with my child that far. Need more laundry area, 5 washer's not nearly enough for all the units & No dishwasher, no garbage disposal. It's owned by an investment group who don't care about anything but their rate of return"

"I lived here for a few years and would not recommend. 1)The places are very dated even after the "renovations" and some have black mold. 2)Good luck pulling in/out where Mowry, mission and Niles meet during rush hour traffic. no chance, not to mention the noise. 3)There is a nice little gypsy community that lives a few hundred feet from the property that loves to brake into your car a few times a year (plus sometimes home invasions). 4) I hope you like trains! Amtrack rail is as close as 20 ft from some of these places and run as late as midnight sometimes. They have to honk every time going over the bridge and can be heard from the furthest parts of the property. 5) parking is a joke. 6) 50 characters is not enough to review this place."

"no longer Palm. Niles Station Apartments, has been under new management for the last 5 years. Improvements through out the complex. The motel is now part of the apartments. Stopped all problems. I have been here since 1-2016 and NO problems. It's clean, neighbors are quiet and beautiful walking trails along the Alameda creek."
