"I moved in the end of October 2023 and the management team has been great. Sheila has answered all of my questions, made sure everything was ready for me, and helped me to set up the app. Sheila will go above and beyond to make sure the resident is taken care of and satisfied. Cole is great at his job. He is quick to respond to a request and lets me know what he did afterwards. If he doesn’t know how to fix something he will figure it out or ask someone for advice. The most recent request was with the washer/dryer and he had to work on it twice but he got it fixed. Cole goes above and beyond to make sure he has fixed the issue and that you are satisfied with his work. And, my dog likes to watch him work."

"5 stars is for Maintenance, Property would get 3 stars. From the moment my partner and I moved in Cole has been personable , kind and efficient. We had a few things that needed to be adjusted and fix. When we submitted a request through the site, we got a same day response and the issues were resolved or fixed. We’ve never lived on a property where maintenance responded so fast. Usually it’s a 48-72 hour wait but not here. We appreciated the fast service, and to have someone that enjoys and cares about what they do in their work. Property: The pool, bbq and some of the grounds areas are very well kept up by maintenance. I appreciate the complex being dog friendly and welcoming our fur babies, but it would be nice for them to have a small dog park or an area the dogs can play. Over all look of the property seems out dated, the halls are plain and white, no color or decorations."

"I am writing this review based on the excellent maintenance worker (Cole), he is awesome! Anything and everything needing fixing, gets fixed or repaired nearly immediately! I have lived here through 2 owners, 3 management companies, and countless site managers, and Cole is by far the best I’ve seen! The new management company appears to be better, at least they brought an awesome maintenance worker! I can’t speak on our most recent manager though. Cole rocks!!!! We need more people with his work ethic!"

"First I would like to start off saying that the manager Shelia and her management team is awesome and they made my move into the apartment successfully smooth. And they are very open and professional. And second I have to say that they have one outstanding maintenance man named Duane Cole. I put in a request to have a possible leak looked at and Duane repaired it right away. The man has some serious craftsmanship. The man needs a raise ."

"Sheila is the manager on site and she is amazing , Very communicative , she reaches out to you and stays connected with you helping you through the move in process . She is on site It was a very smooth process and Diablo View works with the people I met the Maintenance man Cole, at the viewing of the apartment and he is a hard worker . He maintenances the Pet Friendly environment and keeps up with the property very well. well cleaned environment . Sheila does an amazing job managing the property. The property is well kept up , clean , friendly environment , safe , quiet and clean air ."
