Spring Creek Apartments

"A great complex to call home. We moved in last July, and have nothing but positive experiences so far. I'll highlight the pros: 1) Responsive, friendly front office and maintenance. 2) Wonderful grounds with a small creek, a pond where ducks often come to swim, and trees and greenery all around. My son loves to go on walks here, or to learn how to bike. 3) Great amenities - the pool was great during the summer, there is a playground where my son meets children his own age, and there is also an indoor playground, a mail room, social room, ample parking, etc. 4) Can't stress this enough - and I don't know how they do it - but there is excellent sound isolation. When walking between the apartments it is possible to hear what is happening inside, but once you close the door to your apartment, you hear nothing of what happens outside or in other apartments. 5) Occasional events to meet neighbours. 6) Very friendly, quiet neighbours. 7) Spacious, renovated apartments - very well-done in terms of space utilization. The cons in comparison are very, very few: 1) If your apartment is near the street, it is difficult to sleep with a window especially on weekend nights, as some drivers have loud music (not always, sometimes) 2) Apartment was a little dirty on move-in (it was clearly cleaned after the last tenants moved out, but I guess it was a while before we moved in, so there was a lot of dust/soot(?) on the floor and some cobwebs in the kitchen when we moved in). Since we clean when we move in to a new place anyway, it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we love Spring Creek and look forward to spending many more years here if possible!"

"I gave it a 5-star rating during my stay. However, they will charge a fee for cleaning and repainting upon departure, even if it's due to normal wear and tear. I've repeatedly suggested resolving this through the "Small Claims Court in CA", but the individual continues to ignore my suggestions and threatens to send my information to a collection agency."

"We've lived here for about three weeks, and it's been great! The playground and hot tub are great for our kids (the pool is closed for the winter). The gym is simple but effective (a few bikes, ellipticals, and treadmills, and dumbbells and cable machines). The landscaping is amazing. Although it isn't gated, it feels very closed and secured because there are only a few entrance points, such that we feel safe. The neighborhood is great and very safe. The staff has also been super friendly in helping us get settled."

"Spring Creek apartments are a wonderful place to live! We’ve been here for two years and have not one complaint! The property is beautiful, staff is attentive and the apartments are updated. There is a security guard on-site at night at all times, a locked room for your packages and plenty of amenities. If any issues were to arise it would get solved in no time. We are so happy to call this place home, truly love it here."

"We had a wonderful year in Spring Creek! I love the green and the pound in the community, the water is always super clean, and the ducks was my son's best friends! Those ducks has visit our front door once, maybe they want to check where my son lives. The complex have a little out door play ground and an indoor play room for the kids, for the family with kids, it's the best.Also there is several parks near to the complex. Public school was not bad, and few private school also close. Walmart, Lion, and several store just cross the street. We had a two bed room, the living room is really big, enough to have some family time or little party with your kids and friends. If there is something not pleasant, I will say the noise, the wall seems really thin, but since is apartment, noise is always common things, just hope you have a good neighbour who understand it........We expand our family from 3 to 4 during the year living in Spring Creek, have to relocate for a bigger house for the children, but I recommend this apartment to everyone."
