"3656 was our first family apartment, the laughter & excitement we created with our babies are now beautiful memories. You can’t beat this location for an apartment with beautiful tall tress looking out your window every morning. Exploring Northern California is a must. *Santa Cruz*, San Francisco & San Jose are great spots to sight see and explore. Are time at pebble creek was short and sweet. The majority of your community/neighbors will greet you. I wouldn’t recommend people working from home that can’t tolerate children being children playing, live here. It just doesn’t make sense. Overall management(Faith) she’s down to earth amazing definitely goes above and beyond. You can’t forget Maintenance is supper helpful when needing repairs, thank you all. It was bitter sweet."

"I loved my short time at Pebble Creek. Moved here from Michigan for work and was let go due to the business closing six months later. Faith and Maria in the office are phenomenal. Even though I lived in the city, there is a country feel to the place. I could sit on my porch at night and listen to the crickets. It is with great sadness that I have to leave. My neighbors were never a problem. If you’re looking for a quiet place that’s in the city but feels like the country, then this is your place."

"I stayed here for a year (2017-2018) and had a really good experience. Very spacious rooms and nice balcony. Maria, Faith and the entire team are very nice and all the service request were taken care off immediately. I had some problems initially when I moved in but, Faith took care of it and addressed all my concerns. Overall great location and great management makes this place awesome."
