"Do not move here. My friend has had several packages stolen since he moved here. Also not so much a “gated community” residents leave the gates propped open all the time so anyone can get in. I do believe that the leasing office workers are racist. They towed my car with malicious intent. I came to visit a friend on a weekday around 9:30am. I parked in the guest parking (there were plenty of open parks because people were at work) I was only there for an hour and I came out and they had immediately had my car towed. I had to pay $425 to get it out the same day. I do not come there a lot, my car was not in the way but bothering anyone. Living in the Bay Area the knowing how people are struggling and living paycheck to paycheck, for them to take almost $500 from me was very cruel when they could have was easily gave me a warning or something. My friend will be moving soon, he regrets leasing here."

"Current resident having lived here for a couple of years. Not perfect but a mostly pleasant stay. Had issues with a noisy neighbor. Will adjust star rating depending on move-out process and if they're reasonable with getting your deposit back. PROs: - Jewel (assistant office manager?) friendly and prompt with email responses - Amazon locker - Maintenance crew is courteous, friendly, prompt, and also wears shoe covers (to not track dirt and poop into your home) - Relatively quiet, safe, and mostly clean complex - Online rent payment, online maintenance requests - Doggie poop bags offered and constantly replenished (you're paying for it) - Sufficient amount of unassigned parking - Newly installed EV chargers - Reasonable rent hikes CONs: - Periodic water shut-off for repair - Periodic smoke alarm check - Having to navigate doggie landmines (poop) in the dark - Known vicious dog breeds like Pitbulls allowed (when they are not allowed in lease contract) - Packages delivered to door will be stolen - Office won't hold packages for you - Car window was broken into - Walls relatively thin - can hear heavy footsteps, yelling, and loud music - Non-electric vehicles occupying EV charging parking spots"

"Our stay has been good. The only issue that we have is the fertilizer that's used on the lawn by the landscapers. It smell like animal manure. The smell is more noticeable near the Mailboxes. Unsure if Lime Powder would get rid of the odor. The stray cats are really getting to be an issue. They're constantly on our cars. What are our options?"

I like it and I can get used to that loud is a really super cool plus you have a gym and pool and the Amazon lockers. That’s definitely a plus in my book and it’s in walking distance to my favorite spot and my grandkids love star bread I can go on and on and on."
