"Yolanda is amazing! From phone call inquiries, to viewing the apartment, rental paperwork to moving in, she goes above and beyond to help the tenants. I only rented this apartment because it was a breath of fresh air interacting with her. On the contrary, if Char'dae French is interacting with you, good luck (sarcasm intended). She is terrible with how she behaves and speaks to you. She is also very entitled. My car went for service and they already took apart the car they the service provider mentioned they cannot give me the parking tag- that I'd have to wait until they fix and return my car. I needed a permit for my rental car. She won't give me a second permit although my contract says each unit can have two permits. Her premise was because it's a rental car - but the car is still registered which is inaccurate. She then started blaming Yolanda for not informing me of the regulations when Char'dae was in the wrong! Again, if you're renting here, contact Yolanda. Char'dae is not fit to be manager of this place."

"The apartment complex is well-run. No issues with mold, mildew, etc. Maintenance is very prompt, usually arriving on the same day. Leasing staff are prompt and are usually available. Gripes are minor: No air conditioning and the bathroom sink clogs easily (the latter is not a big deal thanks to prompt maintenance staff)."

"The best leasing office staff especially Yolanda, she is awesome. She approved my application in 30 minutes and gave me keys to move in 2 hours. Super fast service from Yolanda. She is compassionate and most transparent. Service staff is quick and they fixed my apartment keys in 10 minutes. Overall, I'm very happy living in this apartments. Plenty of trees, flowers, and simply feeling like Home."

"Jimmy who is responsible for fixing things in the building has done a great job in my mom’s unit. The leakage from the above unit caused my mom’s bathroom ceiling to collapse. He showed up within a minute right after my mom called. He carefully examined the leakage and looked for the root cause. He spent days to fix and often checked in for any new issues or leakage that’d have surfaced during the repair. He’s professional, respectful, responsible and responsive. We’re very thankful for Jimmy and his work."
