"I really don't understand why the ratings are so bad. I stayed here this past Monday through Wednesday and the staff was above and beyond friendly. I was able to utilize the car chargers which was a nice convenience. No issues with car break ins here, at least for my stay (an apparent issue for this area not necessarily this hotel) I felt like this was a good location overall, next to the highway and near plenty of restaurants. The rooms are large with a comfortable bed and a nice sectional couch. Linens and towels were all crisp and smelt fresh. My room, like the rest of the hotel, was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. It was as if no one had ever stayed there before. There is some finishing construction going on during the day but it's barely noticeable and it seems to be almost completed. No ant problem during my stay either. Nor could I hear any noise from any of the other rooms. The only thing from the other reviews that I did notice was the elevators are on the slower side, but that's not the hotels fault. And if that's the only thing I saw wrong with this place during my three day stay, I'd say that's pretty good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. I guarantee you won't find anything nicer anywhere nearby."

"The location is great and you get all the shopping centres within 2 mile radius. Starbucks is just a 5 min walk. Then staffs are friendly. The rooms are seems to be recently renovated and are fine. The only problem would be the noise from other rooms. You can hear almost everything like dropping objects, dragging etc."

"I’m pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast offered at this hotel. Be aware of different breakfast hours on weekdays vs weekend though. Room was nice and clean, equipped with fridge but no microwave. Minor complaints about weird noice from the fridge once in a while. Also the bath room door is very large and would block entryway when open - a little inconvenient but not a big problem."

"This is my first visit on business trip , the location is awesome since I’m very familiar and staffs need little training on handling , bar counter need basic trained staffs . Some of menu items are not available while I want place an order . The hotel is pretty new but the room is not is good shape , I had reported to the reception but still nothing actioned out still I check out . Shower room at the rooms are very good and lighting is perfect . Guests carrying lot of pet inside the breakfast area is not acceptable . While walking on the floor my next room was with pet and most of time it’s barking out . The parking on the front says compact and most of the trucks are parked , when I complained to reception they don’t have answer , management should think and react to it , back side as ample of parking why don’t they park out there ?"

"While the hotel is clearly newly renovated, for some reason the massive heavy bathroom doors were not changed out and completely block the entrance when they're open. Also because all the rooms have hard floors, there is a LOT of noise (again those bathroom doors are heavy and LOUD) but the biggest issue is the water pressure. It's laughably bad. I can't even wash my hair. I'm considering switching hotels mid stay just to get a good shower. I am probably not returning here. I travel here for work and the noise combined with the water pressure makes for a really bad experience overall. The gym looks nice and I was temporarily excited they had an exercise bike only to discover there is no screen or power supply attached to it for tracking distance or energy. The cord is just hanging off the side of the bike that should be plugged to the screen. I was a Hyatt globalist before my work travel location shifted. I was excited to start staying at a Hyatt again but this is not it. Also, if you're traveling with a partner, there's no chance of using the desk in the room. The TV is right in front of the chair and it's not possible for someone to sit at the desk and the other person to watch TV. It's pretty silly honestly as they could have shifted the desk location over so it wasn't right in front of the TV"
