"I’ve stayed in 3 different rooms and the beds are always bad, they have a dip at the middle and you can feel and hear the springs"
"Rooms are older and need renovation, especially the carpets and cabinetry. Service was on-point. Location.. meh. It’s drivable to Palo Alto via the rather expensive toll bridge. There is nothing else to do locally, so drive somewhere else. Overall, acceptable stay."
"The hotel is not recommended. It smells like sewage. My room caused burning in my nostrils after an hour. They moved me to another room. Same thing happened middle of the night and then the toilet flushed by itself. Front desk said the smell is from the nearby marsh. Disgusting. Also you hear everything. No room service or breakfast. You can order breakfast the night before by leaving a tag on your door which doesn't seem safe"
"This property is just really special. Customer service is friendly and in a genuinely happy and helpful way, not fake friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Everything on the property seems clean, updated, and aesthetically pleasing. Location is right next to the bridge - very convenient for us working on the peninsula. Cute little baggy of goodies for us Gold members. More affordable than most of the other Marriott properties. Consistently a great experience here."
