"One of the most amazing places I’ve lived in my entire life. From a variety of amenities including a large gym, incredible pool/jacuzzi, and outstanding staff (in particular Ian, Chelsea, and Olivia), I am beyond words to describe how much I have enjoyed living here the past 3 years! I understand prior reviews concern regarding maintenance issues in particular with respect the elevators and fire alarms, however these have been on rare/sporadic occasions. The new management and staff this past year have been particularly amazing in addressing issues immediately, and renovating areas of concerns. Truly, an outstanding turnaround, living experience, and quality staffing!"
"Very fast repairs and overall management seems to be improving. It's hard to find apartments in this area where management actually cares about tenants. Chelsea, Ian and Olivia in particular are great!"
"I have been here for 3 years and this apartment is really disappointing. This management of this apartment falls quickly these 2 years. The false fire alarms were frequently turned on and can not be stopped (they are right in your bedrooms). It has scared my kid several times. The security system is a mess, for several months they can't even fix the entry door access systems. It also took them at least 3 years to fix the elevator failure."
"We’ve lived here for over 4 years since the building opened, and we cannot wait to leave. The building and apartments look nice, but they are cheaply made. The elevators in particular are a big problem. They break frequently. One has currently been out for over a month now. Sometimes both of the elevators that access the lowest level of the parking garage are out at the same time, which makes it very challenging if not impossible to access your car if you are unable to use stairs (those with small children in strollers, people with mobility challenges, etc). Even if you can use stairs, they are not very convenient. The elevators have broken with tenants trapped inside in multiple occasions. The fire alarms are extremely sensitive. At least once a year they go off in the middle of the night with everyone needing to evacuate the building, but there is no fire when the fire department comes. They also do fire alarm testing yearly that is very extensive. This involves setting off the alarms throughout the complex for extended periods of time over 2 days. The alarms have been going off for over 20 minutes as I write. This was not too bad when I was working out of the house, since I was not home during the day, but it became a big inconvenience when I was on maternity leave and now am working from home during shelter in place. The fire alarms in the apartment also are easily set off. Our baby’s humidifier has set it off. The amenities are all closed due to shelter in place currently. Given the amount we pay to live here, it is not worth the cost, particularly without the amenities. It would be nice if management could solve some of these problems and find alternative options. There is little transparency from management. Property has been stolen consistently, and the building management has not made the recommended security upgrades police recommended 2+ years ago. They also do not inform tenants of the thefts that occur on the property. Overall management is nice, but they have not been able to resolve some serious issues. For those living in the south side of the building, the Whole Foods loading dock is directly next door and very loud at early hours in the morning. This makes us rely on AC, since we are unable to leave windows open at night. The pros of the building are the other residents. We have had some great neighbors and friends here. Management is good at completing in apartment repairs quickly. The amenities were nice when they were open (gym, jacuzzi when it’s working, yoga, quarterly resident get togethers)."
"We've lived here for almost 2 years with our young kids. The leasing team are professional and very warm. And the maintenance staff are excellent. The location is great too! We have really enjoyed living here."
