"It's been an amazing experience living here for nearly 2 months so far. The leasing office staff, especially Ron, knows me by name and is extremely friendly + responsive whenever I have any questions or maintenance issues. Maintenance requests and questions have always been addressed within the same day, which is the fastest turnaround time I've ever had living anywhere. The apartments are spacious + cozy, reasonably priced, and the complex is in a very convenient location with Trader Joes + major freeways nearby. Would 100% recommend living here!"

"Lived here for 1 and half years and had to move out last month because of a job relocation. I have stayed at 4 apartments in Bay Area and this is the most well maintained community. It is very safe with friendly neighbors. Ron and other leasing office guys are very responsive."

"This is the best Bay Area apt I've lived in. The onsite property management team (Ron, Koty, Austin) is quick to respond to maintenance requests and they make sure issues are resolved to tenants' satisfaction. The maintenance guys and janitors are friendly & professional long term employees. The apts are reasonably priced. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Trader Joes, Starbucks, full spectrum Mail Services, RightAid are in our "backyard" but separated from the apt complex by a locked gate that only residents have keys to. The apt complex belongs to the Cupertino Union School District which contains several best of the best CA public schools. A big wow factor is central AC&heat in each unit - a must-have against the ever more frequent extreme heat waves in recent yrs. Imo, Springwood is a hidden gem among Bay Area apts most of which are either poorly managed or overpriced or both."

"This place is AMAZING. I have been living here for about 4 years now and so far it has been one of the best places to call home. Its so safe, and super close to grocery stores, the pool is nice, and the people are nice. However, about 2 and a half years ago my bikes got stolen, and when we informed the office about it there wasn’t much they could do but they strengthened the safety by having security walk around at night, making sure everything is fine. PROS: - Safe (security) - Walkable to anywhere - Nice people, very peaceful and quiet - The pool is ALWAYS clean - New grill, never had problems with it - Very attentive, fast, and kind maintenance - Great location CONS: - Small pool - Few amenities (No gym) (I am being 100% transparent with both sides)"

"Springwood Apartments has been such a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are safe, cute, clean, spacious, and are located in such a great area. It’s about a 2 minute walk to Trader Joe’s, Rite Aid, Peet’s and more! Carol is always kind and helpful and we have just loved it here."
