"Whatever you do, don’t rent here. It’s anarchy. If something goes wrong, which it will, good luck. You will waste time and money here. Good luck trying to even pay your rent. Collecting rent is the one thing that a large property management company should know how to do, and they can’t even do it! It’s a disaster. Take this warning; don’t get involved. And if you do rent here, get everything in writing. Film and record every conversation. Prepare to be an accountant and fix their errors. Prepare to research maintenance issues on your own. Prepare to get the judicial system involved just to get someone to talk to you. I believe all positive reviews were under old management or are fake. Edit: Chanelle hasn’t worked here for years. All these owner replies are automated. Chanelle was 3 managers ago. They didn’t even bother to change it."

"Bad bad bad !! Don’t never rent or buy something in this complex, everything is falling apart and there is construction going on all the time. They are dropping the wall in my bathroom and they want me to stay in the apartment with a big repair going on. I don’t have access to the toilet and shower. Ridiculous"

"I have had an amazing experience with 225 Clifton. I moved in with Ashley’s help, and she was welcoming, helpful, and extremely responsive and communicative to all our questions. The owner and management care very much about the property; when we moved in, everything was clean and new. We had an urgent maintenance issue occur in the first few days of moving in, and Ashley had maintenance come to our unit and fix the issue that same day, even though it was the weekend. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and hope to stay here for a long time."

"This is the worst Housing I have ever been with. The apartment itself was terrible, with doors not closing, windows not being able to be opened, constant water shut-offs, yellow water coming from the faucet after the shut-offs, and just all around terrible maintenance of the facilities, with some of the steepest rent prices in the area. Outside the building there is a lot of crime (if you don't believe me, the school next to the building had to put up fencing and a police camera). But they do offer a parking spot, with no fence or gate or anything preventing your vehicle from getting stolen, at the low rate of $100 dollars a month. No one should live here. I implore you to not live in this community, neighbors are loud and rude, and management doesn't care. The fire alarm was on for the entire weekend one time, not letting anyone sleep or get anything done, and management didn't do anything about it until monday. Please don't stay at 225 clifton."
