"Look... This is clearly a place where people come to consume certain services by the hour. But for a guy who missed the last train out of Jack London and just needed a place to rest his head, it did the trick. WiFi worked and the bed was clean."
"Don't stay here. Terrible administrator refused us, because he didn't like IDs those we showed him. Also, he refused cash payment. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could rate as I want I would rate as 0 from 5."
"DO NOT STAY HERE. Me and my friends made a reservation here and nowhere on the website or during the process of booking were we informed that this place is a motel, not a hotel. Several days before our flight to Oakland I had requested to check-in early because our flight was earlier in the day. When we showed up to the property, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to us, rolled her eyes at us several times, and said we would not be able to get a room until 1:30pm, so we would have to wait 4 and a half hours. We asked if they would be able to hold our luggage and the woman took us to a random empty room of the motel and asked us to put our bags in the corner. She was extremely unprofessional and treated us with no respect. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that or treated like that. We immediately booked a different hotel and cancelled our reservation here. The area also made us feel very unsafe. I would give them a 0/5 if I could."
