"Folks, if you are considering becoming a tenant here, I advise you against it. I emailed management to ask questions about their rentals (given that the website barely provides any info specific to the unit I was interested in), and my inquiries were met with this response: "You have taken way too much management time already. We already answered numerous questions from you in writing And now you have more. We only rent to low maintenance tenants and you sound very high maintenance. Do not write us again." How else am I supposed to know the lease lengths they offer? Or their subletting policy? Maintenance issues? When the next tour is scheduled?? I have also tried getting them on the phone multiple times, and have never once actually spoken to a human. This seems dubious. Don't waste your time like I did. *Also, based on their reviews on other website, there appears to be a pattern whereby whenever someone, like me, has a negative experience to share, a flurry of positive reviews pop up in an unusually short amount of time..."
