Everyone in the leasing office/front offices are so kind and accommodating. The hallways smell nice and fresh and everything is clean. I hope this all stays this way considering the building is new. "My experience touring Caspian was great. Jaienda was attentive and friendly as he showed us multiple units, even outside of our initial plan. All of our questions were answered with honesty and patience. We came back to Caspian the next day to double check a few things before applying without scheduling an appointment. Another leasing agent (that I do not recall the name of) promptly assisted us despite the lack of appointment. She was also very patient and helpful to us and showed us a handful of units. Overall, our touring experience was great and we were impressed with all the amenities the complex had to offer."

"I moved to the Caspian Apartments last weekend. So far it's been an amazing experience. They really go and beyond. The amenities are great. Everything is so new and clean. The staff is sweet and knowledgeable. The apartments that I've seen have plenty of light, spacious, nice colors and nicely organized. The staking parking can be intimidating, but it's actually very easy. The gym looks like a real and professional gym, with all types of exercises machines. When I moved I received enough information to get things started, but not too much to feel overwhelmed. Amazing customer service, always ready to respond to my questions. Especially Akasha, who assisted me from the very first day, taking me to tours, finding the best fit, responding to emails and phone calls, and addressing each questions and concerns. The only feedback that I think could be improved are having the heaters connected with an app, and to have the bathroom fan shutting off while is not in usage. But those are very minor issues compared to everything else that the apartments have to offer. I look forward to enjoy my apartments, get consistent with the gym, enjoy the amenities, and taking walks by the waterfront."
