"I really enjoy being here. It’s quite and if there’s a situation in the apartment or grounds, I took a picture sent to the manager and it was taken care of. No issues whatsoever."
"Ive been living here for over 10 years. the location in awesome, the area is quiet. The apartment complex itself is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly, the recent upgrade of appliances, floor tile and windows make this a must for renters, I whole heartless approve Grand Lake Terrace if you are looking for comfort and peace."
"One star is generous. This place is poorly maintained. Packages are stolen constantly and management won’t even search the cameras to see who did it despite this being a locked building. They also won’t collect and keep packages to protect residents from said thieves. Noise levels after hours are not enforced and complaints are ignored. Parking is difficult to find in the area and the gated parking lot is small and spaces are tiny and cramped. There is also a high turnover in the office so don’t expect any consistency there either. Bottom line, don’t move here!"
"Unresponsive even in emergencies such as a potential fire. When someone finally showed up (3 hours after the fire department) they were rude and treated me like an idiot. “The sun makes the wall hot.” Turned out to be fine, they just illegally built the vent for the laundry room through my bedroom wall, which caused my wall to get incredibly hot and for water/steam to come out of my outlet. When I told them someone was coming to inspect my apartment for other violations they lost their cool. Begged me to give them time to repair. Doors are jammed constantly, elevator inspection out of date by at least 6 months, and they can’t seem to keep someone in our office for more than 3 months. How is Raj SO bad?"
"Manager are rude no class. I went today to complain about the intercom is not working. And I been living there for 8 months. All the delivery from FedEx and ups some is missing and other been return b4 my name is not in the list of the from. And I still the manager today and she did not care. Was rude and even she was not dependable on her job. She not took me seriously. I got mad. And walk out from the office. She say was 3 week there only. But I'm sure she not be there to long. This apartments need soome manager better and professional. Who not care about color."
