Reviews
"*UPDATED OCT. 2023* The building is entirely new (the rent started in May 2023, I think). The apartments are comfortable, and different sizes/prices are available. Tha location is comfortable for a 20 min walk to the campus. Sometimes you receive random emails from Common about things that do not concern you, which might be annoying; the price for a parking slot is crazy (it is more convenient to get a fine). I found some bad reviews about other places managed by Common and now I can see the reson why: maintenance takes a lot of time to answer and show up, cleaning scheduled twice a months never happens. Acoustic isolation is poor."
"How can I contact you guys I came to the front thinking there was an office but sadly no office to talk with about the rent. Because I received an email from you guys that you want some info from me and I send an email back no response. Also I tried to call so many times at the numbers I saw on the paper out side no answer at all. Please respond how can I get a touch with you Guys…..???"
