His choice of rest points along the way was spot on, providing us with comfortable and convenient breaks. Moreover, Isaac's flexibility and quick thinking were truly remarkable when our group encountered inclement weather. He adapted seamlessly, helping us create a contingency plan to address the needs of our students who required dry clothing. Isaac's calm demeanor and problem-solving skills turned what could have been a stressful situation into a manageable one. "Rich and the team saved the day! I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. First...I lined up this trip for a group of 41 travelers from our school to go to SFO and back for our trip to France a few weeks ago. Setting up the arrangements was very easy and well managed by Pat. We were picked up (and the bus was early) at 3:00 am on a Saturday. The bus was clean and our driver was friendly and we arrived at the airport ahead of schedule. When our flight home was cancelled and our bus arrangements had to be changed at the last minute the team really pulled it through for us. Rich called me in France and lined up another company to pick us up since we had to change the date of our return. I was so relieved that my students would be returned home to their parents and that I didn't have to arrange carpools home. This company truly saved our trip.
