"The staff at the community has been so friendly and accommodating throughout the leasing process and moving in. Malik and Ray both spent a ton of time helping us decide on our new place and they were super patient through the whole process. Isabella and Tasha helped us on move in day and made sure we had everything we needed to make the move in smooth. Since moving in, Ricardo, Sam, Martin, and Grisby on the maintenance team have all come by to assist with little things in the apartment and were so quick and friendly. The neighborhood is great too! We just walked a couple blocks to a beer garden and there is a ton to do on Telegraph. Looking forward to making this apartment our home."

They have made the move-in process so smooth, and I really appreciate the fun events that they host because it has given me the opportunity to connect with more residents and also get to know the staff better too."
"As a vendor to Skylyne, we can attest to the premium experience residents will have by moving in. The location is central and the amenities are superior to other apartments in Oakland. The staff is really responsive which is something that's always valuable when considering a new apartment. Highly recommend Skylyne to future residents! :)"
"You'll probably be deceived by the amenities and how welcoming the staff is until you sign the lease. I wish I had known these things when I was looking for an apartment in Skylyne, but I'm adding this review here in the hope that it helps others: • The new management is not responsive, and add rules that was clearly not stated in the lease • Please be prepared for unexpected charges for utilities (like $90 for trash per month for a studio or one-bedroom apartment (!!!), plus a minimum of $60 for electric and way more for water and of course gas ). • The management is unresponsive and seeks money in any way possible. ( ex, they charged me the full month for electric ( even if I was there for 3 days when I was moving out ). They still ignore my emails. • The management team keeps changing (I'm not sure if it's part of Bozzuto company's culture, but I think overall, neighbors were not happy about it). • You won’t get your deposit back even if you return the home in a clean condition. • There will be HIDDEN fees that they will charge you once you move out, called "final unpaid bills from initial months"! Make sure to keep track of each payment you make! Also, be aware that they legally need to provide any receipts and any fees being charged, etc. • Be ready for new rules about using the amenities every day (like limiting your guest numbers to 4 per unit!!!). Please be aware they cannot enforce anything unless it's in your lease. • There are $300/month parking charges, and your car will still be at risk of getting broken into, just like with Bart parking! It took them almost 5 months to fix the garage door. Please think twice and look for other options. There are many more multi-family residential buildings at this price with the same amenities and better management, and of course, in better locations."
