"I love living here! The building is clean and safe, the units are modern with the layouts well thought out. It also has a great community, the other tenants that live in the building are great. Move in process was super stress-free and communication with management has been great, even after move in. Definitely recommend."

"From my first call VERONICA helped me make miracles happen to get moved here from out of state! She has gone above and beyond ever since. I have a PERFECT West facing apartment on the top floor to see great sunsets! Plus an extra storage room I needed so much! The building is new, gym, rooftop, everything kept clean! PERFECT. And Dominick made sure I had a smooth transfer and accounting adjustment. IDEAL if you work from home!"

"I don't live here, my boyfriend does. Overall, the apartment is new-modern and nice looking. Management's communication is poor especially when it comes to an issue fix response. Throughout Nov and Dec 2022, there were 7 days of no Hot water. They fixed the boiler, and the water leaked into the apartment room. It took the management 3 days to address the issue and to cut the water circuit for kitchen sink and the dish washer. It has now been 3 days without kitchen water. I understand that it's the holidays, but here we were- at the residence during the holidays with no kitchen water to cook or clean with. Happy New Year! Edit: Water is oozing out of the floor tiles, and it smells like 4 days old wet towel (we cleared out the trash, but the odor remains in the leaking area). If you're considering, think again."

"Absolutely love Hannah Park! The property meets my expectations and more. The moment I stepped onto the property during my first tour at the top of this year, I knew Hannah Park was where I'd be comfortable. It is brand new construction, and the units are a good size in comparison to many of the apartments I've seen at a higher price point. Additionally the rooftop is beautiful with lots of space and the staff is super responsive. Furthermore, the property manager Tameka is incredible. She is extremely attentive, responsive and patient. I signed my lease before Covid hit, but of course was unable to move in. Tameka kept me informed, checked in frequently and made the move in process seamless when it was safe to do so. Everything has been absolutely perfect since then. If you're looking for a great apartment, I would definitely recommend Hannah Park!"
