"I don't understand the point of advertising if when you try to reach them they'll never return any messages or answer phone calls no matter how many numbers are there to try to reach them. We saw their posting on Zillow and tried every single way to reach, even went to their office but no response. If this is how they are when trying to get new businesses (new tenants) it is not a good sign if you would become one of theirs."

"I lived in this community for a little over a year, and before this, I've lived in 3-4 apartment complexes in the Bay Area. The buildings here might not be the newest, but I loved the safe neighborhood, the homely community, and the convenient location. The current leasing manager Edin is one of my favorite people! He is always available, reliable, and actually really cares about the tenant who lives here (contrary to the other places I've lived at)! The community's technician is also quick and very friendly. They both made living here so smooth and easy for me. If you are looking for a chill, non-uptight and homely complex, I would highly recommend Central Park Apartments. :)"

I stayed in this community for almost 7 years with my family, and I can say that this is an excellent place. The community manager Albena is very well-spoken, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. Good for kids to play and nearby school. It was pretty enjoyable and a great experience at Central Park. Being next to the Sunnyvale Community Center gives it another location advantage apart from being at walkable distance to schools and parks. As for the management they are really helpful. I never had any issue regarding maintenance activities required in my apartment. The community manager Chantell is very well spoken and really helpful. Good society with peaceful ambience :)"
