The building is a great value for the amenity set. It has a heated pool all year long with great views of the city. As well as a great fitness center that is never over crowded. Large clean laundry facilities and three levels of secure garage parking. 24 hour on site staff and janitorial staff on site 7 days a week. Truly a hidden gem, check it out and make it your new home!"

"I have lived at Trinity Towers at 888 O'Farrell St for over 2 years. We love our apartment and emmenities it offers...parking, laundry, pool, and gym. The staff in the office have been responsive to our needs, always being helpful, courteous and professional. In particular Lele the Assistant Manager and Nina the Leasing Professional. The security staff are friendly and helpful as well, especially Elvira. Big thanks also to Teresa for making the place spotless and beautiful."

"I want to shout out Ms. Leelee the assistant manager. I did a last minute pop up to see if there were 2 bedrooms and she did not have any available at the moment however she still took the time to show me a vacant one bedroom to get a sense to see what the units look like and pool and laundry and garage all around the building. I came in the office when it was busy and she was all alone and still talked to me and was engaging with the residents she had inside her customer service is amazing. Most leasing offices will blow you away when wanting something they don’t have at the moment and she did not do that at all. I have never experienced this level of professionalism."

"I am only giving this review five stars because of my experience with the new property manager as of August 2023, Lele Long-Chastang. I have lived in this building for three years beginning in January 2021 and watched it go downhill under its previous management. I and every one of my fellow residents I have ever spoken with have been ceaselessly subjected to inhumane living conditions, including constant cockroach infestations, constantly broken elevators and other facilities, perpetually dirty common areas, etc etc, and all the while, the rent has only increased over years despite the building’s visibly deteriorating condition. Since starting here, Lele has responded in a timely manner to all of my concerns and promptly worked to ameliorate the issue. A far cry from previous employees who would never respond to emails, never return calls, “lose” documents physically handed to them, and gaslight you, doubling back on their word they gave you not more than just a few days prior. Not only is Lele professional and kind, she is savvy and can actually do the job (correctly, and quickly). I have been impressed with her and if she had been part of management from the beginning, I’m confident I would still be pleased to reside at 888. Good luck to everyone continuing to live here, there may be some hope."

"I have recently moved into the Trinity towers and have had a phenomenal experience. Nina and Lele both worked with me to make sure that every single question i had was answered before moving in. Lele was very helpful when it came to assuring we had everything in order to move in. Nina was very professional and thorough when showing us the units available and was very knowledgable about all the amenities and perks with renting at Trinity. Overall my experience has been amazing and i look forward to staying for a long time! Thank you Nina and Lele for all the support!"
