"I lived in Jones Berkeley for 1 year until last month and it was an amazing experience. The apartment is perfect and new, the neighborhood is excellent, the complex has a nice gym (I used it a lot!), and wonderful spaces for meetings such as a lounge area and a unique rooftop. All of these things I could imagine before moving to Jones Berkeley by visiting their home page, but what I couldn't have known without living there, and most importantly, is the outstanding quality of the management and maintenance team. You are exceptional! I am very grateful to Cynthia and her team for every day of the year that I lived there! I hope to live there again in the near future!"

"This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review for a building and property manager but Cynthia at Jones Berkeley is truly exceptional. After living in many other apartment buildings where the property manager is often absent, I feel so grateful for Cynthia’s warmth and responsiveness. Since I moved in back in July, Cynthia has been so accommodating, friendly, and goes out of her way to try to meet the needs of the tenants. While Jones Berkeley is owned by a larger corporation, Cynthia often goes beyond her scope as property manager to be the building’s advocate and does her best to communicate tenants’ requests. She is on top of everything and organized – from maintenance requests and billing to planning social activities for the building – sometimes I wonder if she’s on call 24/7.... I truly can’t say enough good things about living here and the staff! Plus the building is very clean, modern, with an unbeatable view of SF and the Bay."

"The apartment interiors are beautiful, the majority of residents are friendly, and the building is located in a highly walkable neighborhood with lots of parks nearby. My main issue is that the building management is not able to enforce pot smoking rules. I moved in in May 2023; since June 2023 I have had pot smoke enter my apartment on average 2-4 days a week. The smoke is so heavy it smells like someone is smoking in the unit. I have two air purifiers running and they do little to remove the smell. For paying premium rates, there is zero value for money here. Upper management would not let me out if my lease despite their failure to uphold the terms of the lease. I would not recommend living here if you have children or do not like the smell of smoke."

"Jones Berkeley is an awesome apartment complex! Very high quality building in an excellent location (close to freeway and shops). The management and maintenance staff are all kind and responsive; they go out of their way to ensure a comfortable living environment. Cynthia and LJ also put on community activities every other month, like today's Holiday Hot Cocoa Social, with snacks and a gift wrapping station. I've been here 6 months and have been so happy with the decision to move in!"
