"Shady leasing practices - don't trust anything in the listing and verify everything independently. I leased a property and ultimately the posting did not accurately reflect the unit I was leasing. Had I been given accurate information by the licensed real estate agent I would not have rented the property -its not right for me and what I need in a rental. I guess we've entered a world where tenants renting properties have to hire inspectors in advance to ensure the listing is accurate. I would not again trust this firm or affiliated agents."

If you are a landlord, you're reputation is on the line - good luck. You're probably overpaying for less-than-average service. J Wavro has a quota of billable hours to hit and if you're not with them they'll try their best to squeeze every penny out of you."

"I leased a property listed by J.Wavro Associates. The leasing process was efficient, but I have two issues to remark on: First, when I ended my lease, J.Wavro charged me a $500 administration fee for the paperwork. I do not expect the agency to do paperwork for free, but this is an excessive fee. Second, when my personal agent initially toured the property in winter 2020, during the worst wave of the pandemic, the J.Wavro real estate agent didn't wear a mask and didn't social distance."
