"A great place to live. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my move."
"My favorite apartment so far in Bay Area. We lived in Bayswater Apartment for a year and we love it. We checked out several other communities and Bayswater stood out with its beautiful garden-villa style buildings, warmly decorated hallways and nicely built amenities. We are glad we picked this place. It’s close to Caltrain and Downtown Burlingame. Surroundings areas are very safe. Never had package delivery issue. I have an EV and never had problem charging. Maintenance is no issue either. If you are looking for a place with homie, chill vibe, convenient public transportation to SF and lively neighborhoods where you don’t feel so secluded, Bayswater is the perfect place for you and worth the price. Our leasing officers, Sara and Moises, are very professional, helpful and nice to us. Looking back to the past year, we had a great time overall. The only issue worth mentioning are the noise from Caltrain, but if I shut the window, I barely hear anything. if you are extremely sensitive to noise, we recommend you double check. We had a musician friend came over and the noise bothered him a little while he’s sleeping even with windows shut, but all other guests slept very well. Another tiny issue is the bathroom light will automatically turn off if I shower for a long time (the sensor couldn’t detect activities while I’m showering), but i resolved it by waving my hand outside of my shower curtain and the light will turn back on once the sensor detected my hand waving. We had to move out due to our job relocation, but if possible we would love to move back to Bayswater."
"Beautiful apartments in an upscale neighborhood. Sarah is the leasing agent we worked with and she was/is so helpful. She went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly. She was one of the main reasons my son signed a lease with them. Thank you, Sarah!"
"I rented 12/8/22 and left 8/823. There was always a problem closing the terrace door. Mine endured for 5 1/2 months, though I requested a repair repeatedly. We had 3 different managers during my time there, and Alex finally had it repaired at the end of April. I then developed shoulder pain, had therapy and ended up in the ER with a torn rotator cuff, all due the slamming the door 8-10 times each day to close it. But now, as I left before the end of my lease due to a new job, the latest manager wants to fine me $4000…even though they found a new tenant in TWO days and raised the rent by $350. I am contesting it for ‘double-dipping’ and the latest manager’s’ no longer caring at all about the impact to my shoulder, though he is privy to what happened and why. There was another problem that lasted 7 months, as well. My kitchen (which extends into living room) light flickered for most of the time I was there. I actually have friends whose leak has never been repaired since December. I have a video of my light flickering. My advice is to wait until the current manager leaves before renting at Bayswater. Two of the original staff have left. Sara is still there and she’s a wonderful person. Too bad she’s not the manager!"
