"Went here for Acupuncture. 1st Session: My initial Acupuncturist was great and took the time to understand how my body was hurting. She took her time applying the needles to make sure I was comfortable. At the end of my session she provided a stool to help me get down and even waited and walked me out. A+ service would see her again. 2nd Session: I did not know this but I guess they have multiple acupuncturist and you are not guaranteed the same one. This second person was horrible (F-), she just read over my document did not even ask what and where it was hurting more that day. Once I was on the table not even a minute passed by and she was done applying all the needles. She talked to make small talk but it seemed very rushed. She applied the needles so fast that I felt almost every one, some even hurt. At the end she pulled them all out and said ok you are done and disapeared. She did not even bring over the stool that was in the room for my assistance getting down. I have had acupuncture before going here and this experience was the worst. In my previous place I would have the same acupuncturist each time that actually got to know me and my pain and how to treat me. Having multiple acupuncturist means that they dont get to understand your body and pain. When someone shows signs of being rushed it does not help your pain. It gives you the feeling that "Is she even putting the needles where they need to be", "Is she making sure it is not applied to deep or shallow to be effective". I WILL NOT RETURN HERE. (F--) I feel bad because the first acupuncturist was good but the second one was horrible. But this is my body and I want to get better not worst."
