"Six months after transfer of management on B street, Structure Properties has been consistently slow, and sometimes even ignoring the standard and essential repair needs & requests such as daily hot water burns from old boiler, clogged toilets, COVID related concerns, etc. Many people walk around without wearing a mask, certain parts of the building hallways barely get ventilation as windows are tightly shut, rampant smoking violations in the shared common areas and the list goes on. My latest frustration/disappointment is the lack of hot water in my sink due to management's consistent failure to fix the old water heater/boiler as it's burning out. The company COO was unapologetic, defensive of the inconvenience and undue distress I've experienced for months. Does this management feel good about auto-deducting monthly rent from tenants when you can't even provide the essential services ?"

"Units are clean with a fridge and a sink. Tenants are polite and quiet. But the shared bathrooms have no sink. Just a toilet and a shower."

"The free cable is great the kitchen closes to early for my taste the free wifi is unreliable. This place is full of crazy old people and junkys. There are video camera's everywhere if ya like big brother then come on by and be watched 24/7. No ventalation in rooms bed bugs roaches you name it we got it!!!!"
