"Washing machines were broken for 7 weeks, with no rent concessions offered. The one elevator the building has is broken, and they have pushed back repair date by three weeks. Again no concessions. People have kids and animals, and it's incredibly inconvenient. For the rent you pay, you should really get more. Great location, but building quality leaves a lot to be desired (as does their customer service)."
