"I have been living here a little over a year. We went through a period of ups and downs with the last 2 property managers, as is reflected in previous reviews. However, I have to say that since Frank came on in May, everything is running smoothly. I am sad to be moving out, as Frank has taken steps to add a fitness center soon (with spin classes!), surveillance cameras to ensure that all residents feel safe and comfortable in our downtown setting, and take care of maintenance requests in a quick and timely manner. All the residents I've met here are friendly, and it is a great place to have a dog. The units themselves have huge windows, modern appliances, and AC. I also appreciated the locked, covered parking area. The location itself is walkable and close to restaurants and bars, as well as the lovely Gerstle Park neighborhood (perfect for walks with the dog.)"

"I love living here! It's a brand new building with great appliances, A/C and heating system; super clean and great environment. Close to everything in San Rafael. Most of all, very safe! Our building manager, Hope is always prompt to help. She takes care of every doubt or request. I think it's definitely worthy to live here! Both, my daughter and I enjoy the apartment everyday. Great place to live in!"
