"I've lived in the Lone Palm Court Apartments since 2020. My experience has been great throughout the years. I currently live in an apartment styled loft. Whenever I have an issue, it is resolved quickly and efficiently. I am sad that one of my favorite managers is now gone, but her replacement is also wonderful. This space is in a beautiful location, walking distance from downtown. I have never had issues with noise, or disruptive neighbors. Overall, my experience has been great, and I am delighted to live her for many years to come!"
"Our experience of living here has been very mixed. The positive is that we like the actual apartment. The layout is nice and the ceilings are higher than usual so the apartment feels more spacious. The woman who manages the building is really on top of things and keeps up with repairs. The downsides are numerous though and not likely to change. For one, we hear our neighbors a lot and have to adjust our activities based on hearing their noise. There's also a BBQ grill and residents use it often, with wafts of smoke blowing in our space. Even with the windows taped shut and towels at the bottom of the door, our apartment, our clothes, our couch all smell like smoke. This is bad to breathe and unhealthy. We also can NEVER open our windows here because people BBQ a lot and we never know when that will happen. The neighborhood has gone down hill the last two years, with more crime and frequent car break ins. If you are rarely home and don't mind hearing your neighbors a lot and breathing BBQ smoke, then it's fine. But, if you want some quiet time in your own apartment and to be able to open the windows, and not worry about your car getting broken into, oh and more than a year of loud construction noise 6 days a week from the large complex next door, then I would look elsewhere, unfortunately. I wish I had nicer things to say as we live here, but I think good to be honest about the situation."
