"The only good thing about still living here is that it hasn’t burned down, yet. Management WILL NOT STOP renting units as if they were multi-family Homes. THIS PLACE IS OVER-FULL so do not rent here! There will never be anywhere for you to park your car. Your friends will never have anywhere to park to come visit. Right now, as this is being written, there is a abandoned stolen vehicle parked in our designated, reserved and extremely well marked parking space. It arrived in the middle of the morning yesterday, it has been there for 24 hours, and so far management hasn’t done anything.These are tiny, one bathroom apartments, and so thinly walled that there is no privacy at all. It is an OLD complex.The electrical, the windows, the door frames, and the plumbing are all worn out.The only new things around here are the roaches, having just arrived for 2020. Last year was the year of the Rat around here. We have video! This place was amazing years ago. We were proud to live here. Rent was reasonable. There were no dogs allowed and there were no children. Don’t even ask about how illegally run the swimming pool is being run during Covid.It is heartbreaking what this place has become. We pay $3000 a month, plus utilities."

"We very much enjoy McInnis Park, it is clean, quite and well maintained. Although the appliances are dated they are in good working order. I enjoy the pool and the recent improvements but hope that the BBQ’s will return soon. There are several outdoor lights in 85 North that are burned out . And the building could stand to be swept or blown with a leaf blower."

"I’ve been a resident about three years shy of ... forever. I don’t have that much need to interact with the apartment manager for repairs because the place is never in disrepair. But every once in a while, especially if you’ve been there as long as I have, something stops working properly. The apartment manager and the repair person are proactive about replacement when needed. In fact, the manager and her staff are super amazing and very responsive and enthusiastic about making sure that I am happy all the time. To be honest I go in the office to socialize more than I do for anything else. There are monthly social events so you can get to know your neighbors and I have to say my neighbors are all pretty awesome too. The only mildly critical thing is that there’s only one parking spot per unit and the guest parking spaces fill up fast every day. The most important thing is that place is safe for me and my family, well-maintained, and it’s clean around the edges. It’s our home. McInnis Park Apartments comes with my high recommendation."
