Health Priority Natural Products

"Since the company has been bought out, Health Priority has been absolutely horrible to deal with. I called about an order on 11/30/20 and left a message to return my call. First, a live person NEVER answers the phone now. Second, the recorded message makes a reference to another entity that the caller might be trying to reach instead of Health Priority. That was confusing and made no sense, so I contacted Susan, the person I had always dealt with at Health Priority before it changed owners. She immediately called me back which is how I learned the company had been sold. Susan had consistently been a pleasure to work with—always prompt about returning calls, giving discounts, and even helping with a defective order sent by Amazon. The new management now says consumers can expect to wait 24 hours for a return call...which is annoying enough when a customer has a question or problem with an order. However, Susan said she contacted the company directly and asked to make getting back to me a priority. It’s now December 15, no one ever contacted me, and I haven’t received my order which was rather a substantial one. This is no way to do business or run a company."
