"Pool is advertised as open thats a lie the facilities are horrible dirty . Up keep on units are terrible this place is not a good or safe place to reside the management has many excuses for all the poor up keeping not recommended"

"My experience living here at the holiday Garden Apartments has been outstanding I have been resident here since June of 2020.Jennifer Vazquez has been a great and wonderful property manager,Jennifer is very friendly and very professional,whenever I have a issue with something Agoing on in my apartment she gets on it right away.Todd Richards is a Awesome maintenance man very friendly and professional even when he’s very busy he always finds the time to get the job done with no problem.Todd Richards make sure he speaks to you ask how your day is going he’s really a concerned maintenance I couldn’t ask for a better team here at the holiday Garden Apartments."

"The leasing agent Jennifer makes up for whatever reputation might precede this complex. I was a little skeptical at first because it didn’t look taken care of and that was back in September 2019 since Jennifer got here I see an improvement in landscaping which was dead and brown when I checked it out last July. The on-site maintenance man Todd is also a joy to have you can always find him picking up trash talking with other residents or cleaning the pool. The most impressive part about our management here is the way they’ve gone about handling the COVID-19. Jennifer even offered to have residents walk together to keep morale up!! I can’t say everything’s perfect but I wouldn’t live anywhere else with my ten year old, it’s affordable, they tend to your requests and the management themselves are really reliable people!
