"Do NOT move here. The HVAC units in each apartment have not worked properly since my boyfriend and I moved here back in September. We have to pause the TV and cannot hear each other for a conversation if we are in opposite rooms when this horrendous thing turns on. And forget about getting a full night's sleep here. These past 4 months have been horrible. Soco charges luxurious prices for mediocre living. The hot tub never works properly. It's either cold or the jets don't work. Oh! And our latest discovery....we now have an ant infestation on the 2nd floor."
