"The complex is clean, the common area is cozy, and they have a real nice set up outside with fire pits and a large grill. Some may feel differently, but I like the door system that they use. No one can enter the building unless given access, which is assuring. As commuters, we loved being so close to the freeway. Downtown is less than a 10 min drive away, depending on what time of day you go. Karyl and Cazandra are who make this a great place to live. Karyl is efficient and on top of everything, which is what you want in a manager. Cazandra is very knowledgeable and was always able to help and answer any questions we had."

"Very unprofessional place. I definitely do not recommend. The property manager picks and chooses who is accepted based on her personal preference. She is a very unpleasant person. She will raise your rent for any reason at all and your stuck because you live there. When you have a request for service, it can be days before she sends someone to service you. The management does not care about the bad reviews or complaints that are received about this person from both tenants and Co workers. They get rid of good employees because this person is friends with her immediate supervisor. I would highly recommend choosing somewhere else for employment as well as renting. The managers name is Karyl and she is who you will have to deal with in either situation"
