"This is a spot I had not previously noticed. However, it's location is ideal, rooms very comfortable, free breakfast was decent and I will return again. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in the South end of Petaluma."

"Our experience at the Best Western in Petaluma, CA is always good. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The family always enjoys the free waffle breakfast. We always enjoy the large rooms. We always stay when we visit our family up north. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, SAFEWAY and Trader Joe's, NOAHS bagels, Mc Donalds and banks as well as different shopping centers across the street."

"We always stay at Best Westerns when we can. This location was a nice facility. The exterior with the lattice and flower boxes was nice. We were on the second floor above the office. There were normal hotel sounds, as there were a lot of work trucks in the parking lot, but it wasn't too bad. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were great! When we had an issue, the manager helped us get it fixed quickly."

"Huge king sized beds. Everything was clean. Wish there was another ice machine at the end of the building. Waking up for continental breakfast, waffles and bagels and some microwaved bacon and sausage was nice though. Mysterious scrambled eggs were available as well. Juice and coffee was on tap. Good way to start the day."

"Staff were friendly. Rooms and outside are clean. Pool area looks good. Breakfast was good. There’s a nice bar area. I am not a fan of outside room entrance/no elevators, but it felt safe. Price was high, but it was a weekend. Downside is noise from folks slamming their room doors throughout night."
