"Went to talk to the manager and she quickly shut me down. Even though I talked to a person who lives there AND the maintenance guy who works in the place. He had told me there was 2 available apartments. She tells me there is nothin available. And the guy who lives there told me that management sucks don't live here he said also that they never get back to him about his emails about any problems. I even told her I have Frist months last months and deposit ready but she said there is a wait list and it's closed 200 people blah blah even tho she barely wanted to help me and said good luck I literally cried out the building I feel like I got lied to. I don't have a criminal record I don't do drugs or drink but they will sit there and let those types of people in there I even told her im 6 months pregnant and my work is literally across the street.-. your missing out on a great attendant who even has a good credit score I'm in need of help and I didn't even get a chance even typing this is making cry sorry for ranting but this just happened to me literally 10 mins ago she even told me about the other places that work with those apartments and I told her I already tried them and I get no response. She didn't even bother writing the information for me. Kinda just wanted me out :/ I'm just depressed at this point and who ever reads this thank you for reading this. Oh one more thing I called them too last week no answer no call back no nothing at least call me back and tell me something and not wasting my time going in your face and literally throwing money at your face okay rant over..."

"I had a friend liveing here ..the things she had to go through not to mention termites, took for ever to put blinds up ,the bathroom light didnt work for the longest I know being low income most think well what do you exspect but the rent she was paying was not so low income to me.. You would think better of Petaluma of all places So if you plan to move here think think think again Or maby if your put in a bind where Downtown River Apts is the only place to live..i wish you good luck"
