"Unreal Experience I Got into 45 altercations and mugged 32 times and Juanito helped me out because he’s an og resident"
"They dont care at all. They have people renting with 10 in the apartment and they get upset when you have 3 less people over.. never keeps up with maintenance, turns the other way around when something is wrong..yeah its cheap but for a reason. Mold everywhere."
"Live here for 10 years now...the grounds are nice and the layout and square footage of the townhouses is good. It is very inexpensive rent and the managers are good people."
"I've been living here for eight years. When I first moved in, it was a pretty chill place to live. Parking wasn't the easiest, but now it's down right horrible. Honestly, the only pro about these apartments is that it's spacious for being the cheapest apartments in town. The cons are: • The neighbors kids are so loud. You'd think there were a herd of horses right door with the noise they make. • As I mentioned above, the parking is terrible. Sundays are the worst. You'll rarely find parking on Sundays. They need to create more parking. They have tenants put a permit on their car, in order to park on the property but there aren't enough parking for them anyway. So, the point of the permit is moot. • The managers are rude and annoying. They towed my mother's car once, even though she had the permit on a visible area on her car. They were super rude about it and didn't even apologize, or offer to pay the towing fee. Even though it was THEIR fault."
"Baywood is one of the cheapest places you can live in Petaluma. Yet it has it cons like no gym, ( lakeville has ), no jacuzzi, ( like lakeville has), no tennis courts or soccer courts, ( like lakeville has), the office is so small and ugly lakeville has couches and outlets and computers and printing for homework, the parking is horrible it is very rare that you will find a parking you have to park 2,3 streets down, the noise is over the top kids are screaming throwing palls and slamming their bikes if you wanted to take a nap it's very rare that you'd be able to, it doesn't have a separate big park so kids can make noise the park is right next to apartments. I don't recommend it unless you don't want to pay much"
