Park Club Apartments

"My husband and I made the mistake of applying for a rental here in October (it was next to where we were living at the time), and spent close to $230 for application fees and a holding deposit (I guess they think money grows on trees for most people). We were promised the holding deposit back and have yet to receive it. This is also after I left a voicemail expressing how shocked we were at their treatment and that they needed to display more compassion and empathy towards people since they don't know what people are dealing with who may be applying (I am a COVID survivor). FPI Management is horrible and of course they use a marketing slogan that has NOTHING to do with how they treat people ("The "Company With Heart") or some nonsense like like that. THIS is what is wrong with society. FPI Management: We would like a refund for it ALL, and at the VERY least, the holding deposit that was promised to us by your fake, phony, lying property manager."

"I lived here for almost a year with my partner and personally I liked it. It was the great starter apartment with a pool and many other amenities. The only things that I wish were different is that we would get a note posted on our door if we someone was coming to fix something in the unit instead of an email. For instance the day before valentines day I had left for work at 8am and did not come back until 8pm but there was a notice posted right after I left saying someone would be coming to my unit in the morning and did not give me enough time to rearrange my schedule. Another negative is the main road can have random construction and it turns off the water without much notice. In all though I would still recommend the apartment to my friends and Brianna did a great job of handling everything we needed."

"Manager is really helpful for fixing facility and solving problem and also fast. They take care of a problem within a day in weekdays. I left this apartment because some cars make a big noise everyday at 6am. The manager couldn't do anything for it. Please make sure your room is quiet before moving in."
