"No parking anywhere for visitors. Gf just moved in a few days ago and everything was clogged. Sink, bathroom sink and bathtub. Asked one of the workers there if there was anywhere I could park, he told me he was leaving in just a few but could park where he was since no one was renting there, did it next day my truck was towed. $450 to get my truck back. Do not recommend these apartments!"

"Highly recommended! Been here for a year and i just finished my lease. I like the property manager (kevin) who was always there to solve or fix the problems when u need. So , I decided to sign another year of contract lease with american Appartment. Thanks for doing this all and for your good work with tenants."

"Don’t rent here. New management (Kevin Gordon) is rude and doesn’t do anything with maintenance requests (he started very recently). Several apartments have ant problems and they haven’t fixed this issue no matter how many follow ups they have sent. They also haven’t fixed other issues that my neighbors and I have submitted and it’s been almost a month. Also, expect them to go into your apartment every month or every other month. They give notice that they need to enter to check stuff and “update” appliances. Whatever. These have been one of the most annoying apartment complexes I’ve ever been in. Don’t do it, go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. Ignore the good reviews, only read the most current ones."

"I loved living here and feel homesick already. Alicia the manager was always so kind and caring. Fernando who takes care of maintenance never hesitated to help us when we needed it. I moved to a different county to be closer to family and work. If I decide to move back to Rohnert Park in the future, I would chose Americana in a heartbeat."

"I haven't been here for very long but I've greatly enjoyed being here so far. I haven't had a ton of contact with the manager, Alicia, but she's been very friendly and helpful the times that I have. Fernando, who does maintenance, is always helpful and is super friendly. I see him out and about often and we always chat a little. He's a highlight! I agree with another reviewer that mentioned that if your neighbor's windows are open, you can fully hear even normal conversation. The windows do block a lot of it out though if they're closed. Overall this has been by far my favorite place to live. Well upkept and friendly staff!"
