"I've been here for about three years. Chill place, clean, responsive staff and maintenance. I have always felt safe here at night. Pretty good soundproofing on the 3rd floor. Parking is good. Clubhouse and pool are nice. The maintenance crew is amazingly kind and knowledgeable. There are lots of Mountain Swallows on the buildings, so if that bothers you, look for a building with fewer nests. My only (small) complaint is a challenge with the mail delivery system. In my first year, there were mailroom break-ins, but the apartment handled it well and increased security measures. We haven't had issues since. The ongoing issue is just too many packages for the number of lockers we have. The delivery services are supposed to bring the packages to our doors if the lockers are full, but they just leave them all over the locker room floor. Based off the good staff service of the past I believe our staff is doing their best on this issue, but maybe they aren't getting support from ownership to fully fix the problem in a more impactful way. All in all, I highly recommend living here!"

"Management staff has not taken any preventative measures to keep homeless people from the parking lots(cars have been broken into) and near bedroom windows after 5+ complaints from residents in my building alone. This complex needs full time night time security but I was told that it was not possible because “corporate said it was too expensive”. Doesn’t seem like onsite management or corporate office cares about the safety of the residents. If I could give this complex 0 stars, I would."

"The management so materialistic, the management office manager do not deal in a good manner with people & unable to understand or handling issues, when I tried to move they did not tell me the prorated amount to let me pay in time & based on their late they let me pay late fee $70 however I sent them several emails they did not follow up their emails, moreover, my husband was dying and I was totally busy with him during that time. plus duo to coved19 they should not apply late fee during the time I moved, as most of places do."
