"Rude employees at pharmacy. They were all joking around and looked as if I bothered their day by asking for help. Nobody seems to care about these reviews though since many of these reviews say the same thing"

"I have great experience with Alexa.She offered to help me get my prescriptions from my MD and it is true. I got text that my meds are ready for pick up after few minutes. She was very kind and sheunderstands your needs. God Bless You."

"The pharmacist and the assistant were rushing me and did not explain medications or how to take them and even though I asked if they could. All they said yeah go wait over there for a consult, so I said no thank you normally you pharmacist explains it, Been coming here a long time. Especially because it’s my first time taking them. Not very polite and disregarding attitude, unsatisfied with customer service."

"It's bad enough to have a sick child , to walk in to CVS and be told there is no medication ready or processing. I was instructed to go to drop off, were I was ignored by to female employees a Blonde and Burnett. The Blonde was talking loudly in Spanish, while Burnett was chewing her gum mouth wide open. I have nothing against anyone speaking Spanish , I just think it very disrespectful to non- Spanish speaking customers. It's wasn't until pharmacy cashier told them that I was waiting, did the Blonde approach me , annoyed asking if I was dropping a script. I informed her that it was sent electronically. She asked for Patient details, gave a look like I should have know that they faxed doctor stating they didn't deal with nebulizer. No help at all she couldn't wait for me to leave. I HAVE never been treated in this manner at any other CVS. My visit was today 5/16/2022 @ 2:10 was there for 15 min no help at all."

"This has to be the most frustrating review I have ever had to write regarding the service I have received. This pharmacy has the worse service. I have been here to pick up my medication, and my families, several times and each time I have been told to come back because the prescriptions are not complete. Meantime, I get a text or a voicemail letting me know prescriptions are ready for pick up. I have even called ahead to ensure my prescriptions are ready. Every time the person on the phone says that the medication is ready, I show up and am told to come back. It is redicouls the amount of times I have been asked to go pick you medication; shown up and then told to go back again because they don't have it. Not to mention the wait time on the phone in order to speak to someone. It is simply the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I thought that having the pharmacy so close to my house would be worth it, but it is 100% not worth the multiple drives I've had to make to get one prescription. I am definitely changing pharmacies. I rather drive a little further and get good customer service and all my medication's when they tell me they are ready. The customer's time is also very valuable and not worth the frustration and aggravation you get at this pharmacy. Definitely one star for sure!"
