"The WORST SERVICE. I came to the tire center since 8:30 am to get fix a tire I bought at Costco , begining that they Open SOOO LATE 10 am, still the Tire Center personnel tell you will take 2 to 2 :30 hrs to fix a simple tire because you don't have an appoinment. It's passed 10:40 am and they just have 1 car inside Come one, like someone already said : A nail or piece of debris on the freeway won't tell you in advance that will be in your way and get you a flat tire. I dont see more cars waiting or that could have an appoinment at 10 Am .l, 10:30, etc. This Service is lazy and the worst. I guess I will buy my tires at another place where their service and prices are even better lile Discount Tire..."
"Just for a patched tire I have to wait 3 hrs and then after they put in the truck 1 1/2 hr to patch a tire. The guy said you have to make appointment with anticipation, in my mind, let me tell the nail to wait until I make appointment. "Go home and come back tomorrow" this little fella is amazing, ni en la Rosa de Guadalupe vi esto!!!"
"Never get tires from them. If you need rotation or tires patched they will have you wait 3-4 hours. They over-schedule appts and call you a hour before closing that they can’t do the service even with an apportionment!!. They prioritize walk-in sales as opposed to vehicles that need tires serviced (Not a first come first serve on walk-ins!!). I absolutely regret having purchased my tires from them. Now I know that other places will price match and have stellar service. Extremely dissatisfied with Costco Tire place!!"
"Felipe and Raphael are very professional here at Costco Tire Center. Felipe made sure that our spare tire was inspected and road worthy. I had ordered our tires using the Costco online promotion and called in to set up the appointment. He said to come in and that it will get done. I showed up, I hardly waited, ordered a pizza and chicken salads for home and I was back on the road again. I will return to this tire center because I was provided with excellent Costco member service."
